INSTRUCTOR BIO
Liz Marcucci is a cherished member of the Tampa Bay improv community. With over a decade of experience, she is an alumna of The Second City Conservatory, iO Chicago, The Annoyance Theatre, and the Bovine Metropolis Theater in Denver. Liz has shared her expertise by teaching at the Improv Retreat and participating in numerous intensives and camps across the United States.
Her approach to teaching, coaching, and performing centers on following the joy and embracing the unknown. Liz is dedicated to creating a supportive environment that uplifts her students, encouraging them to explore what truly makes their hearts smile and to honor that truth.
Improv, in her view, is for everyone: from the hobbyist and the teacher looking to refine their presentation skills, to the corporate professional aiming to improve in meetings, the budding entrepreneur seeking confidence in networking, and the aspiring comedian within us all.
In Liz’s class, the ultimate takeaway is, “You don’t need to be the funniest person in the room, just the most authentic.”
